Relax Kids classes give children a unique & magical experience as they relax their bodies & minds while using their imagination & creativity. The class includes movement games, simple stretches, peer/self massage, breathing exercises, positive thinking and visualisations which help children improve their self confidence and self-esteem. Come along and join the fun with a different theme each week
